To start this process, we need a sample of the surface, preferably DINA 4 size, which allows us to manufacture the required product, both in terms of base color and surface structure.

We guarantee the quality of our products for a period of three years, unless they are special colors that require a different warranty period, and if a special color tone is not reshipped within this period, it may be due to limitations of our manufacturing capacity. In this case, a new surface sample will be required for future orders of special colors.
